How does the process work?

  • Send us an email with the type of event, location, length, and date. We’ll check our calendar and contact you via email or phone (your preference) for a preliminary consultation.
  • When you book the date, you’ll send us 50% of the payment, and we’ll get started setting up your LIVE Broadcast Channel. Your Channel will be customized with 3-5 of your own images.
  • We will visit your location for an on-site survey and technical coordination with venue.
  • A consultation, in-person or via email, will determine the features and customizations you’d like to include in your LIVE Webcast. We’ll get started producing your Webcast materials.
  • Invite guests to your Webcast event and to the customized Webcast Channel. If they want to CHAT-in during the event it’s as simple as submitting a user name. You can use Twitter, Facebook, or the Broadcast Channel to CHAT.
  • On Event day we will arrive up to 1 ½ hours before the event to set-up. We supply all hardware, software and customized features for your Webcast.
  • We broadcast to your customized Broadcast Channel where your guests remotely attend. They can CHAT or Skype to connect with you and other remote guests!
  • The second payment is due and we set up your event for ON-DEMAND VIEWING.

 

What do we require?

  • A  high speed internet connection  - LAN or wireless
  • An area to set-up our 3x5 foot Directors table
  • Electrical outlets adjacent to the Directors table
  • XLR connection to venue audio board (if applicable)
  • An area for the lock-down camera
  • A CHAT/ interview space if desired (Lights might be necessary)
  • An area for camera with the Operator (if applicable)

 

Our Basic Webcast package includes:

  • 1 hour production consultation
  • Broadcast up to 2 hours
  • On-site survey and technical coordination with venue
  • Basic customization of Broadcast Channel
  • Hardware and software needed for production

  • Producer monitoring LIVE production
